The extrusion allows us to manufacture a huge range of geometries.
We have three extrusion lines composed by the following elements:

Microwave oven (vulcanized process)
Hot air oven (vulcanized process)
Cooling bath
Cut center
Dimension control systems
Auxiliary equipment
Vulcanized joints
We have different systems for the manufacture of vulcanized joints but we normally use the injection system. Our injection room is composed by 15 injection stations.
